Years of starvation has left him with an anorexic appearance -his ribcage juts out, his eyes are sunken in, the curvature of his bones can be seen through his skin, and bits of his flesh has started to erode due to an infestation of parasites. Yet he still maintains his playful grin and pink-and-purple coloration, the colors are just more faded.
