The Demon Lord Ghirahim was born a slave, a weapon, to Demise, an alleged darkness that swore would one day bring Hyrule to nothing but crumbling pillars and scorched land. His master's promise was shattered when the Goddess Hylia sacrificed her divine form to drive the dark master into the ground and seal him away to protect her beloved world. Shattered yet not irreparable, Demise left his weapon to the world above in the form of Ghirahim, the Dark Lord.
Ghirahim's quest was a grueling one, though his faith in the darkness and in his mission kept him strong. When succeeding in breaking the seal to Demise's imprisonment, he joyously transformed his body to be the dark one's weapon again. The hero Link however struck a fatal blow to Ghirahim's master and in Demise's final breaths, the dying god released his slave to the world under one condition.
To tear apart the hero who destroyed him.

Ghirahim is a wild card, to say the least. He has absolutely no regard for personal space (ha, I bet he doesn't even know what the term is) and has no trouble swaggering around like he owns the place. However, his theatrical taunts aren't followed by a cowering weakling. Ghirahim is a fighter and enjoys any challenge thrown his way. Once being the blade of darkness himself, Ghirahim's attacks can pack quite the punch, though at the end of the day it's really his banter that stings the most.
Shame? Oh, he has none. Ghirahim will do what he wants, whenever he wants, and he'll likely attempt to tear down anyone that gets in his way. His flamboyant and overconfident personality reveals him to be quite snooty, and his looks matter to him more than anything. He can be a really sore sport, may I add, and upon defeat, he turns into an insane lunatic who has no control over his bloodlust. Those that rank on his black list are opponents that he's lost to before and will, according to him, kiss their lives good-bye at the bite of his blades.

Attacks ♦ Defense ♦ Strategies
Ghirahim's strength and speed are two of his more appealing attributes. He can jump great distances, but usually this is only for show. Teleportation is one of his specialties; with a snap of his fingers, he leaves behind a cloud of gold-bordered black diamonds and pops up to his desired position a mere moment or so later. This does not hinder him by much, but he can not teleport very far in the first place.
Ghirahim's attacks are typically ranged when they're coming from his own energy. He can summon up to a dozen dagger-shaped diamonds, more widely known as his version of throwing knives, rimmed with red energy to attack his foes. They don't deal much damage but they've been proven to provide for a suitable distraction for his opponents, seeing as he controls them through a form of telekinesis. He will also use these diamonds as a shield by pulling them together in front of his body.
If his long-range attacks fail and his opponents are not scared away by his overbearing confidence, Ghirahim will draw out his double blades. Simple swords, colored a midnight black, are nimble and light to accustom to his airy and ballet-like fighting style.
And finally, Ghirahim may summon a suit of diamond armor to cling to his body. In this highly effective defensive state, Ghirahim is invulnerable to elemental attacks and it's difficult to land a blow on him and deal damage. His achilles heel in this form is his heart, which is blocked only by a small la
