Fish Identification and Information Guide
Taking home a pet fish is an important responsibility.
This guide has been made specifically for the fish sold from the Fintastic Fish Store.
Whenever you take home a fish from the store, the first thing you need to do is name your new friend. Our permanent store fish, is Mr. Bubby. You'll get a certing image of your new pet fish, with their name! |  |

When you take home your very first fish from the store, we'll make sure to get you set up with your very own fish tank! As well as a bag of natural sand to cover the bottom. Any other decorations you want for your tank, or other colours of sand, are going to cost you extra, and depend on the current stock in the store. |
| Fish tanks hold multiple fish, and so future fish that you take home can go in the same tank! If your fish tank seems to get full, then you might have to think about getting another one. |  |
Common Fish Breeds
The store currently carries 3 breeds of large fish.
Common Quates are the most common breed carried in the store. A hearty breed of fish from the waters of Atquati, now commonly bred in the fish community. Omnivores that get along well alone in tanks by themselves or with a large variety of other fish. Common Quates come in a multitide of colours and patterns. Price: 5 million tu |  |
 | Tall Fish are a more uncommon breed in the industry, also from the deep waters of Atquati. They are herbivores but are not typically too destructive to aquarium plants, and get along well with other fish. Tall Fish come in a variety of colours and patterns. Price: 5 million tu |
Long Fish are a more uncommon breed as well, and also from the waters of Atquati. They are carnivores but not overly aggressive, and get along with other fish as long as they are kept well fed. Long Fish come in many colours and patterns. Price: 5 million tu |  |
Seasonal Fish Breeds
There are a few fish that are only available during certain times of the year. These are mostly variations of Guppies.
No current information about seasonal fish.
Lesser Fish Breeds
The store currently carries 2 lesser breeds of fish. You're welcome to name these fish on your own, but they don't come with name certs.
Minnows are a smaller breed of fish commonly used to fill out an aquarium. They're a schooling fish that need to be kept in groups, and get along with other fish as long as they aren't big enough to prey on them. Minnows come in many solid colours, and may occasionally have a different underbelly colour, they do not however have patterns. Minnows are sold in sets of 3. Sometimes they are matching, sometimes they are a mismatched set. Price: 3 million tu (per set of 3) |   |
 | Starfish are not technically fish, but aquatic invertebrates. Starfish make a great addition to most tanks. Starfish come in a range of colours, and may even be multicolored. The only marking they might have is spots, but this is rare. Price: 3 million tu |
