ILUVU TALE
The sleek Iluvu groomed his immaculate black fur carefully he chirruped in surprise and looked up as something tumbled in to his side rudely, sending him rolling in the gr*censored*,
"Wha...." he began then his coal black eyes sparkled mischeviously,
" JETTS!” he bellowed half angry, half laughing. A blonde ball of fuzz landed on top of him and Jetts rolled off Morken with a gleeful laugh, his big, blue eyes sparkling in the bright sun light.
“You missed me!” he yelled in delighted surprise, even though his pink nose was only inches away from the black Iluvu’s. Morken let a little snarl out, his sharp little teeth flashing white in his black face,
“Kind of!” he admitted grudgingly, “You could have waited until I’d finished my grooming.” Morken stuck his nose in the air and went to walk away from the excited blonde Iluvu. Jetts tumbled him again with a laugh
“Waaaait!” he said brightly, as Morken snarled at him irritated, beginning to wonder why he had even missed the blonde ball of energy. Jetts fluffy golden tail swished behind him and he told Morken airily,
“We have a visitor in the village, a very special one, he’s a bit stuck up … but the elders tell us we have to tolerate him because he is so special…. If you ask me I think he needs to be taken down a few notches…….” Jetts stopped half way through his sentence and swiped a paw at a p*censored*ing butterfly before he turned his attention back too Morken who looked vastly unimpressed and continued, “….. aaanywaaay, they want us all in the Village for a celebration dinner to welcome our guest, so I volunteered to fetch you. The elders figured you wouldn’t bother turning up in the village for a few weeks.” Morken let a small snort escape him,
“Why would they want me there?” he sneered, “I would have thought they would prefer to have me away in the forest, after all black Iluvu’s aren’t welcomed with open arms in our village.” Jetts nipped Morken’s tail as the black Iluvu went to trot off again. Morken let a hiss out and his fur bristled, this was getting annoying, he just wanted to be left alone. Jetts blue eyes went skywards,
“Morken you are being a pain!” he announced, ignoring the fact the black Iluvu was angry and knowing he could get away with it, “Just come and greet the visitor with the rest of us, then you can slip away after dinner, I am sure you and the Elders would have had enough of each other by then. You don’t make life easy for yourself, if you hadn’t started on the Dark Magic thing everything would have been fine.”
