AN: This was started by me on another forum and thought I would share it here too

Sparknight's Point of view

I watched as Optronix began to swing the Dark Star Saber to slice Megatronus in half; I ran towards them not caring if I had just given birth to mine and Megatronus' Sparkling. He was safe in Ratchet's servos; I slid between them and took the hit. I saw surprise in Optromix's ruby colored optics; I fell backwards and into my mate's servos. I coughed up some Energon as my world began to grow dark; I barely felt Megatronus' servo touch my face. I weakly smiled up at him and said through our fading bond "Sparkflight; our boys name will be Sparkflight" then everything went black.

Megatronus' Point of View

I watched the light fade from Sparknight's optics and gritted my denta as pain ripped through my spark as our bond snapped; I growled and looked up at Optronix who was smirking. "What is so funny Optronix; you do know that you just killed your sister right?" I asked him. He paused and his optics widened. "No I couldn't have; carrier said that she had offlined shortly after being born" Optronix answered.

I scoffed and said "Your Carrier lied; Soundwave found her as a Sparkling and raised her as his own along side Rumble and Frenzy" I removed the larger helm that covered the one she was born with to reveal a blue helm that perfectly mirrored the one on Optronix; then depressed a switch and the upgrades that hid her natural frame fell off her.

Optronix's Point of View

I watched as Sparknight changed from the Seeker I have always seen at Megatronus' side to an almost exact replica of my Carrier Beta; I fell to my knees and slammed my fist into the surface of the space bridge we were on. I looked over at Ratchet who was holding my Nephew; the little Sparkling had Megatronus' frame and Sparknight's colors. "Optronix get back to the moon that Space Bridge is going to blow soon!" Knockout yelled over a Comm line which I had on speaker and was heard by Megatronus.

Megatronus' Point of View

I quickly had Soundwave send a Ground Bridge so that Ratchet, Sparkflight, and I, with Sparknight's chassis, could escape the explosion. The Ground Bridge had just closed when the Nemesis was buffeted with the shockwave from the esxplosion; I sighed and after setting Sparknight's chassis down on a Med Berth I turned and held out my arms for Sparkflight; he had my frame and Sparknight's colors. "Are you going to be ok Lord Megatronus?" Breakdown asked as I gently took my son from Ratchet "I will be fine Breakdown; as long as I have my son and battles to fight I will continue to live" I said as I walked out the door
