What browser are you using? I can click the accessories tab just fine.
Also, check the dream builder for the items. If they aren't in the list that means they aren't wearable (either because they aren't clothing or, if they are, because the art for them isn't done yet).
Oh, I see your problem, Clothing Accessories is a single button. The text just didn't fit. Accessories is at the top (the buttons are listed alphabetically)
