What changed since the first time you were able to put clothing on? Are you using the same slot, or a different slot? If you are using a secondary slot, are you setting it to default before saving? Are you maybe accidentally using the Dream Builder to get dressed instead of your actual Wardrobe? The Dream Builder is like a virtual dressing room, while the Wardrobe area consists of items you actually own.
In my experience it just works better to use only the first slot in your wardrobe and leave it set at default.
Wishies: I reset your HA - you should be able to find the items now. In the future it would probably be better to rmail me directly or to open a ticket when you need your HA reset - sometimes things here get overlooked and buried under other stuff.
