It's not a glitch. Every egg except Kir and CS eggs have hatch fail rates.Though I've heard eggs will keep failing if you hatch the same types after the first fail.

yeah mine keep failing as well..even when i try all sorts of eggs.and fresh ones too :( what's up with that?

It's not supposed to be a problem. Sure, it's inconvenient. But that's just increasing the value of egg/hatch selling and more profit for the egg hunters.Plus, I think it's that point in the game where the site's like "too many pets. :U calm down people. gosh, reminds me of the baby boom era."

It's not only you. Everyone else had hoards of rare eggs (either findable eggs of high rarity like I did, or seasonals) that rotted.Just be thankful you had the opportunity to even hatch one of your "rare" eggs.
Finding eggs isn't that much of a big deal. After you hatched your 3 (or 1), just look for a couple more for the next day. Or just stock up on eggs that you think will be fine for a week.

no Im not talking about when the holiday comes around sure thats easy. But when the holiday is no where near and you get a rare egg from trades or something and you only have one. Yeah I would be pretty pssed.

Yeah, it'd be upsetting. But nothing to be pissed off about. Most likely, it's not only happening to you.Or else most of Rescreatu would be complaining and whining everyday. Hatch failures and egg rotting is something we all have to deal with and we'll eventually get used to it.

I think if you complain to staff about it, they'll just say that you supposedly knew about the hatch failures and that you accepted that fact so you took the risk of hatching your rare egg.It's going to be that way every time people obtain rare eggs, especially seasonal eggs.

Sorry, but it kind of annoys me when people complain about something that's happening to everyone else. I'm just trying to clarify that obviously the staff would have fixed the hatch failures if it was a true bug/glitch. But they haven't, so it's part of the game for everyone now.

When you posted this thread, you opened yourself up for discussion of this topic. Just because people aren't acting the way you wanted/expected doesn't mean you should start telling them to stop talking. It's pretty rude. And saying "No Offense" only means you're about to say something offensive.
I also completely agree with Jenny.
Also, someone once said the chances of an Egg failing increases when an egg from the same species fails before you hatched it.
For example, you first hatched a Kayoki Egg and it failed. If you hatch another Kayoki Egg right after it, then that egg has more chance of failing.
I think it might have been a staff member who said that, but I'm not positive. I'm not positive if that's true or not either. So take it with a grain of salt.

There is no increased chance of same-species eggs failing if hatched one right after the other - its just coincidence if things happen that way.
Keep in mind that truly rare eggs are not subject to the same rules as the eggs you are able to find every day on the planets. Seasonal eggs will take a full 365 days to complete the spoil/rot/poof cycle. Credit shop and Uldavian eggs will never spoil or fail.
