Hi there i've run across this problem a few times now...
I visit the Enchanted Springs every day so I will not break my streak. After at least 5 days it will set me back to zero even though I've gone every day, sometimes even more than once a day to make sure.
I was just wondering if this was a common error or if it could be fixed
There is no glitch with the springs - it is just human error. I've even done it myself, more than once. In every case, it always turns out to be a mistake, and a visit was indeed missed.
