I've been having a problem for quite awhile for when I play on flash games, after it says Check your Alerts for your TU!, I go to my alerts and there is no notification that I got TU, nor did the TU appear where my TU is located.
Sometimes it takes some time before the tu can be delivered to you profile. Other times, the tu won't be delivered because of certain constraints in the games (since it'a a third party application).
There is nothing we can do if it's something with the game that isn't authenticating unfortunately. However, we can suggest a few things to try. First, try a different browser (if you're using FF, try Chrome or vice versa) that you don't normally use and use that on Res only for the games. Clear cache and cookies before each game. These don't always fix it but it works for a little while for most people usually.
