Hi, I've been having some problems with the site log in lately.  When I try to log in here it will often tell me my account is no longer here or that my username and password don't match.  I'm using the latest Firefox web browser and Windows XP.  I have to reset my log in info every few times I try to come in here and it's really awkward because I missed the first three days of the advent calendar because the site wouldn't let me in.  Any ideas on what I can do so I won't have to keep changing my log in info every time I want to come in here.  Thank you for your help.

There's nothing happening with the site that would cause that to just randomly happen. Make sure you aren't trying to log in with your email address, but your username instead. You may want to write down your login info somewhere because it sounds like you may be mistakenly entering the information wrong. Even one letter wrong in your password, or a capped letter where there should be a lowercase one or vice versa will cause an error.

Thank you for your help.  Could it be possible that my Firefox web browser could be preventing me from being able to log in from time to time?  There have been times where I enter my log in info exactly and it will still say it doesn't recognize my username.  Since I go by pawprintpanda on here I figured that was my username.  I got a little worried when it would say that it didn't recognize my account anymore.   When the log in finally let me back in I thought I would mention it here in case it happened to anyone else.  So far the log in recognizes me and and very grateful for that.  Thanks again for your help I appreciate it.

If you are using Firefox to store your login info, it could be that it stored it wrong and that was the reason for the error. I've had that happen before so maybe that's all that it is. =)
