Did these credits come from a purchase made with money, or a purchase made with TU?
If it was a purchase made with money, you need to open a tle="" target="">Support Ticket and include the paypal transaction ID so we can pass the info along to Pat for verification.
If it was a purchase made with TU, those will not be converted into cash points.
