I think it would be great, too. I've asked that this problem be fixed, and it is on the list of things to be fixed, but it must be lower priority than other things that are going on.
It's no bother if you open a ticket - I want you to get your pets back. I know it's a pain in the behind that this keeps happening and I apologize for that, but please know that we have requested multiple times for it to be fixed. I'm sure it will be one day. In the meantime, just keep opening tickets and we'll keep returning pets. =)
