So I'm probably not the only one who's witnessed this.
But when the springs reset back to 0, despite being used the previous day- I'm calling that a bug.
This has happened a few times to me, and to many others also, and I feel like I need to make a forum about it because I don't think it's been brought up here yet.
I highly doubt that every person who's experienced this bug has simply "forgotten to swim in the springs the previous day," and i find that having staff tell us that every time it happens without looking into, or fixing the issue is rather annoying- especially to those who got up to 100+ tiers.
that's 100 days down to drain. it's annoying just losing 20 tiers, but I'm talking about those who've reached beyond 100.
If possible, can this please be looked at? >> Seriously, the "you just forgot to swim yesterday" reply is getting old, and as mentioned before, I doubt the number of people who have actually been keen on using the springs, and who have experienced this issue would have simply forgotten so easily.
If you yourself have experienced this, please post! This will hopefully raise awareness of this issue and hopefully, if possible, get it fixed ;v;
