Weird bank glitch? or just me?

When I have tu in the bank and put money to transfer and a name and press enter it sends, the problem is I dont enter my pin .
Like, Im able to send tu to people without having to put my bank pin in. is this something thats suppose to happen? 
why would a pin be next to the sending tu option if even if you dont put a pin it still sends.
what if someone hacks you and they send tu to there account , what is the bank pin even for?
this happens to me when im on mobile and when im on the computer

Withdrawing or depositing TU requires a PIN, transferring does not.

At least it does for me, but that might not be true of everybody.

Yea I guess its an old glitch.
Like Tibs said some people don't have it.

Like I don't  have to use a pin to deposit or withdraw money. 

But I also don't remember if I ever set one??
