"This cursed potion looks dangerous. It may turn your creatu into something... unusual."

This would help users who:
don't have time to egg hunt on res, and want a mutant seasonal

Lut's idea:
Perhaps Glowing Mouldy Cheese would be nicer.
Then like the potion, if you fed this Glowing Mouldy cheese to your creatu,
it would become a mutant or have __% chance of turning mutant.

Then there's the problem of how this glowing moldy cheese is acquired.
Perhaps it could be randomly purchased from the Healthy Food
Stand when buying Swiss Cheese. So each cheese you buy from
the shop has __% Chance of being mouldy

Then to prevent people from buying bulks of cheese over and
over and over again to get more Mouldy cheeses: When a Mouldy
cheese is bought, the NPC would say something like "Oh whoops,
it seems the cheese you bought has turned Mouldy ! I better check
that the rest are still fresh. Until then, you may not buy any more
Swiss Cheese." So that the player remembers why they can't see
or buy any cheese, there would be a message in red fonts like
*** The Swiss Cheeses are being checked, you may not buy any for now. ***

Now hang on, this is only how to get Mouldy Cheese.
To get a Glowing Mouldy Cheese, you'd need to dump the Mouldy
Cheese and A Synthetic Drop of Magic into the Cooking Basin.

People complain that there's no use for those bits of magic,
so unless staff have any bright ideas in plan, this might work.

Still too common? Probably.
Perhaps when you mix the two items in the basin, there's like
70% chance of getting a Fresh Swiss Cheese that feeds for 50 hunger
( Fresh food makes your fuller? Pfft. Or it can just create a normal,
unmoldy cheese. The one we were suposed to get at the shop. )
and a 30% chance
of getting the Glowing Mouldy Cheese.

Still too easy to get? 8I
Well then, how about when a Mouldy Cheese is purchased,
not only is the player who bought it unable to see and buy
any more, but the whole of res as well. At least, until the NPC
finishes checking all the cheese.

The value of this Glowing Mouldy Cheese can be higher than a
normal mutant creatu since it saves the use of some Name Tags.

No support. They're supposed to be rare and to help other pets become a little more rare by making people hatch spoiled eggs. If there was a potion, not only would mutants become really common, but people that can afford the potion would have no reason to hatch spoiled eggs, so other colors would become more common again too.

Aw, I kind of like the thought of lab experiment gone wrong with the Mutant Potion. xD
It could be valued for 500-1000 credits, for rarity sake.
But, eh, not my suggestion. xD

Do you mean, like, the cheeses would be withdrawn from the shop?
If not, I don't know if this would work out, but I like all of the rest  of your ideas.

... That's actually a really cool idea, Lut. xD It's all based on chance and keeps the rarity.

Yea, withdrawn for an X amount of time, however long staff deem fit to keep the rarity.
There wouldn't be some kind of announcement about it, just that the red *** words
vanish and the Swiss Cheeses return. Until another moldy one is sold, then yea. xD

Thanks Yosh :D

Mutants are a rare species. Use of this potion would greatly reduce the rarity and value of them.

I like yosh's idea, but I still think these creatures should be one of the rarest pets ever. I like it because with people like me (whoms parrents won't let them buy credits or don't have the money to) can still get extra stuff.
