There should be an alert saying that your creatu is dying from hunger. OR It should say the Creatu's hunger level where you see it's other information on the blue sidebar.
Any other ideas on that, or whether it is a bad idea.

Support-ish. It's really the owner's responsibility to monitor their pets hunger levels, not the site's. But I suppose it's realistic. Pets in real life often show signs of hunger one way or another; just like how alerts will be creatus' hunger level.
It should be toggled on and off though. Some owners want their pets to die for naming reasons.
