Please bring back the "1 item per visit" or however it is called/worked back to shops please <3
The system worked really well during Find the Feast Event. And we know shops are always getting stocked with items people wanna buy. And its really frustrating when someone snipes ALL of them. (Which is normally the case).
And we cant, cause of slow internet (slow by miliseconds really :/)
Also cause it increases the chance and makes it more fair. Also not all of us can sit and stalk a shop 24/7...
Besides when several (more) people get the item, there's more competition on selling it and prices could go down a bit i guess :/

[QUOTE:hollyheart12]=i think this would be good on new items but not on things like food as it would take me hours to buy food for my pets.

Yes very good point. I'll try emphasize this better.. Maybe this could
apply for certain and special items only :)
(Event items in npc shops...)

"Oh I'm sorry but that item is a temporal and very special stock, and you may only take one at a time"
:v lol

so support.  ^-^  it's a pain to see 5 of an item and you go to get when and it says 'oh im sorry, it's all gone.'

agree with holly for food items.  but for books and such and clothing, it should be one item per.

No support,
It will make it very hard for merchants
though I do hate it when some one snipes all the stuff I want/ need
especially the new or limited time items

Yes zen, but lets say a dedicated merchant stocks in a variety of clothes, squishies and food.
Common every-day item.
We'd be asking for special-seasonal items.
I know of ppl who go and snipe the book/clothes/etc then have a merchant sell it for them? xD

I think I wouldn't mind this, but I'd very much prefer if it only for the limited-time event items that come out, like the Sharing a Feast books or Post Apocalyptic Pack. Otherwise, imagine trying to buy several of a common item that no one really wants that much-- buying all 12 one at a time would be a pain in the ass.

So, partial support. And if it does go through, DEFINITELY not on food, like Holly mentioned. ^^

Support on limited release items only.
It's very tedious when attempting to purchase bulk food and there is no need for it to be in place for everyday items. There haven't been huge problems with it before so I don't see how it's become a big problem now.
Besides, buying and selling has always been a race no matter where you go. The faster people have an advantage and even with the one item limit people could easily go back and snipe them all, it's not going to be a particularly huge impact.

This would make a huge impact on merchants too, something I would not like to see.

Flo your comment confuses me :c

[QUOTE: Florence: (...)it's not going to be a particularly huge impact.

Impact but no impact?
And pardon my ignorance, idk why it would change anything with merchants? Ranchers might as well be the one sniping items? Everybody tries to loot special items for profit. And I repeat myself, having more people being able to obtain those items, makes a little more competition and maybe prices go down a bit. (E.G.Cause seriously 20m for a book you buy for 20k? :) )

And again, I have changed the suggestion to apply only to specific/SPECIAL items :)

um i dont really support this unless it is specifically the original version
temporary items for a certain event
not for new clothes, not for new things, not if theyre going to be around a while
i dont really see why we need it for other items
what special items are you talking about anyway?

What do you mean by original version?
And special items like "Sharing a feast" book.
Shredded leggings, Shredded Dress.
Items that work like that, upon a season or event they are brought temporarily to the npc shops.

Odd for me to be speaking up in favor of the merchants, but NO SUPPORT.

The bulk purchas system does well for the merchants. Wouldn't want to hamper them by taking it away.
