I think there should be an option select a food item and then choose which pet to feed it to. I don't know about anybody else, but I get so tired of going back and forth from profile to inventory, selecting which pet to feed it to and then going back clicking on the food item.
With this change, I think people would appreciate it because it would help keep their pets alive.
The food pen isn't working properly for everyone, and sometimes its necessary to feed just one pet, say if you are about to make a trade or stock it to a rancher shop.
