Lets improve the creatu (staff and moderators please read this)

You know how the creatu don't do anything? They're just pictures. Sitting there. Doing nothing. :( So maybe you could improve the site by making them move. For example, look at this adoptable from the Dragonadopters site.
imgnow look at yours  ( too big oops)
see? they look better when they move! I'm not criticizing Res or saying Dragonadopters is better than Res, ok? 
I just think the creatu would be better if they moved! 



How about  The Kioka swishes it's ribbon and bobs up and down. Or the Berrok opens it's mouth and moves its paws?  
Think about it, it could be a great improvement!

This would require the artists to redraw each creatu multiple times for the animations, and unless the artists have flash, wich is VERY expensive they will have to redraw them as pixels wich is very time consuming.
Not only would the staff artists have to redraw an design the creatu so they can be movable, but rescreatu would have to pay the artist for drawing the creatu, all over again.

Res is completely unique in the fact it's NOT like other pet sites. 
I think having animation would really screw with my eyesight. xD

And, as Can said, it would be expensive, tedious, and really just pleasing to the eye, not a real improvement of the site itself.

No support for reason stated above. Also compare the two images you posted. One's pixelated, smaller, less detailed, less shaded, all for the sake of animation. While the other is cleanly drawn, has more detail, more levels of shading. And is quite honestly more appealing overall, even if it doesn't move.

Honestly, it looks like you're suggesting a down-grade almost no one would be happy with.

No support. Rescreatu has it's own unique style. Animating digital nice pictures is way harder than pixels.
Also, I think you just really like Dragonadopters 8V It would be waayy too much of a pain to the poor artists. And really, they look brilliant just the way they are. They already look.... alive.

We weren't criticizing you. We were just saying why we don't support it. o.o
That's what the suggestions board is for. You post your ideas and people either support it or they don't.
Sometimes you have highly supported ideas, sometimes you get no support, or sometimes you get a mix of the two and people throw in ways to make it better based on their opinions.

What the tots? Apparently I accidentally posted an empty post.  HOHOHO!

I guess I'll throw in I agree with everything that's being said.  Also, the constant movement and poor pallet choice in colours make it really hard on my eyes with my photophobia.  If things were moving around all the time on the site it would get my anxiety up as well.
