I think there should be maybe new staff members.Who get paid 70% less than the current staff, or not at all.
Assistant = Staff members who assist, lol. These are the people who help higher staff members with whatever they need. In case regular staff members won't be able to make a change or meet a deadline because of very serious reasons, Assistants will be there. :D
They can also be sort of official mini-Moderators, because I noticed staff can't be in the SB all the time.
Think of them as Interns or Secretaries who do the little jobs when staff members need to focus on more important matters.
Forum Manager = Each forum would have a manager/organizer. They can help clean threads from their forums or answer users' questions or redirect threads to another suitable forums. They're sort of a helper to Support staff.
I'm sure there's more minor roles that can be added to help our hard-working staff. :D
I noticed that regular users can do this, kind of. So think of them as users with minor authority. xD
Maybe Permitted Users who have the similar functions as staff members but with limitations/restrictions on their power?
Now that I think about it.. This sounds like a stupid idea.
But throwing this out to the wind anyway.
