should really know what they are banning people for previous to using their powers. Talk to the person who was clearly open to discussing the sitiuation and then handle it professionally.

Or perhaps allow users to send in appeals so banned members--whether rightfully or wrongfully punished--have an appropriate outlet of which to communicate their case.
They had that court thing in Scria (I forgot what it was called and I'm too lazy to find out). It doesn't work anymore, maybe it glitched up or something. Sometimes people kick up a huge fuss when they found out a certain person did something (e.g. "OMG!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! how cud that person do that?????????????!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! i meen liek sooooooooooooooo baaaad!!!!!!!!!!!! I was a respal of [banned member's username], how cud i be so blnd????????). And yes, some really dumb people would do that, just for attention. I'm not saying it's a bad idea, I think we deserve to know, but I just wanted to point out what might happen.
