They will, but it's like Trance. They're releasing them a few at a time until eventually all of them except CS and Kir pets have mutant forums.
And they don't have teen forms. They stay in their baby form until age 30. I don't think there'd be a point of adding teen. I kind of find it interesting that instead of "gradually" growing, they sudden grow into their adult forum.
Iluvus will probably come out in February, like the Ebilia and Jaaku came out for Halloween. Most likely, only Pat (and possibly other Staff) knows which pets are coming out next, but no one will spoil the surprise, that's for sure.
Keep your fingers crossed that your favorite Creatu comes out soon and it's a good one. ^^ I remember having to wait forever for the Trance Zaphao, then got lucky and Zaphao ended up being in the very first Mutant release. x3
