In my opinion, it lacks creativity. It's just another dragon. I think certain features should be adjusted and played around with, but I think you'll need more advanced knowledge on anatomy. A more detailed piture is required as well, this one is too cartoony and looks like it suits neopets more (rescreatu's pet art is more detailed and less cartoony than neopet's art in my opinion). Oh and may I have permission to play around with your basic design Phycho? I could digitalise it for you as well.
