I dunno, I love cats, and otachies are like the only available cat-like creatu, and they're just so common that they're like worthless, and so it basically feels like there aren't really any cat-like creatu. But maybe, like aukiras, if they got revamped, people would like them again as if they were new, thus making cats more popular on Res. I mean it would be nice for a new cat-like creatu all together, but I don't think that's happening. |

Otachie are fine the way they are. o3o And there has to be some common creatu on res, worthless or not. If you keep upping some, others will fall into the same place.

The Otachie's pretty up-to-date though. It may have gotten its revamp almost three years ago, but even so long ago, Liz was already doing darn amazing. |

I think they have to do an otachi revamp though, don't they? As much as it is up-to-date, it still isn't available in all the dye-kit colors, so... it kinda HAS to be revamped eventually? Probably last though, there are a few creatu that need it a lot more than the Otachi right now. Just be patient I'm sure it'll happen :)

It won't be totally revamped for new colors though. They will just released the dye colors.

Oh really? I thought that would be trouble for the artists. I guess I'm mistaken then. That's cool :D I like the way the otachi's look right now anyway.

T___T If it ain't broken, don't fix it. And also, it is easier to edit the colors on the already existing Otachie image than draw a new one entirely. They can just edit the existing image to make the dye kit colors.
Something will be here eventually.

I think its strange, because alot of people dont support revamps, and when creatus do get revamped, a lot of people are excited XD or maybe its just me? I wouldnt mind a revamp.. but i dont mind the way it is now either :D |

I do wish people valued otachies more! I have a full collection minus blonde which Kir stole! but they do nt need to be revamped! i love the way otachies look and thats why I collected them. |

oh my gosh, i totally agree. I WORSHIP cats. Whenever i get an Otachie i groan because they are so common i dont even like them anymore. In fact, i was going to start a blog about this myself, but as you can see, you've beaten me to it. Bump, support. :D

How does commonness have to do with needing a revamp? Really. Common pets will be common. No amount of revamping will ever change that. And besides, a revamp's excitement usually only lasts a couple weeks. Even the Aukira's prices are starting to fall again, after that insane amount of love. It always dies down. Using a revamp to try raising people's like for an already perfect Creatu is silly, and an extremely temporary idea.

I would be mad if the Otachie got revamped. I like 'em the way they are. I don't see anything that needs to be changed.

I detest the Otachie as it is now, but I'll survive :-D. However it's not true that the Otachie is the only catlike creatu on Res. There are actually two more cat-creatu out there, they are called:
1: Ebilia
2: Liyure
Both of them rare enough :).
