I think that the following need revamping: Chimby, Gondra, Vogar, Zenerix, Kayoki, Ahea and Otachie What do you think? |

otachie, ahea and zenerix just got revamped. plus staff have enough on there hands right now with v2 coming out soon. but i do agree with gondra, vogar and chimby. drindian could use the revamp too.

Ahea is the one that's had the most recent revamp, and that was a few months ago. I think the ones that need the revamps are Gondra, Malal, Mirabilis, Roditore, Drindian, Chimby, Goiba, Murren, and Skaldyr. All of the other ones look perfectly fine. (: |

I think the roditore is adorable as it is, but I hate looking at the Chimby. The murren looks a little rough... The Mirabilis couldlook a little better, and the Gondra is just OLD. Vogars look fine, though I think the adult and theteenager could be changed. |

The Vogar, Zenerix, Kayoki, Ahea and Otachie are gorgeous. The Drindian, Roditore, Chimby, Mirabilis, Malal, Skalydr and Murren are the only ones that need a revamp

I feel like a broken record every time I say this. xD; But here we go. The Chimby, Gondra, Malal, Paor, Vogar, Drindian, Intes, Mirabilis, Zaphao, Goiba, Murren, Aukira, Roditore, and likely the Tesuri and Leverene as well WILL be getting revaped in the future. Several of these revamps (in fact, most of them) are in progress even as we speak. Our reasons for doing so: The Chimby, Gondra, Malal, Drindian, Mirabilis, Murren, Aukira, and Roditore are simply not drawn with all the quality Rescreatu likes to have in its images these days. One of the site's proudest features is its quality of art, and any artist would tell you that there are a few things off with these Creatu images -- whether they be blurry lineart, anatomical flaws, inconsistent shading, or anything along those lines. We want to make the images look better and more appealing. The Paor, Vogar, Intes, and Goiba are coloured using soft shading, a practice that Rescreatu artists have since moved away from. All new and revamped images released onsite use cel-shading (shading with hard edges), so these pets have to be redrawn in that way. They probably won't change that much -- artistically speaking, the Vogar and the Goiba are actually phenomenally well-drawn, and most people don't have a problem with the Paor or the Intes. But they have to change to fit the site's style. The Tesuri and the Leverene images were drawn not long ago, and they're still pretty good -- but they could be slightly better, particularly in the area of shading. I'm mentioning these separately because they're slightly smaller priorities than the others. This doesn't mean that they'll be the last to get revamped -- that depends on the speed of the artist and the amount of feedback he/she receives before the Creatu gets accepted -- but we probably won't take kindly to complaints about how badly they need revamps. xD The Otachie, Ahea, Zenirix, and Kayoki are all drawn beautifully, with well-thought-out poses and appealing images. I don't know why you think we should change them. In other words, listen to your friendly neighbourhood LeTainted. She's usually right, that one.

Well this is just one opinion, but im very happy to hear this tamia_silverwing. Very happy to know that I will not have to look for a place to hide my Zenirix and Ahea.s from a revamp:)

I really hope the Vogar won't change much. But seeing what great job has be done on the Ahea and Berrok, I guess I won't have to worry anyways. You guys are indeed doing a great job and I'm looking forward to see the new revamps of those pets who're in need of revamps - especially gondra, chimby and drindian. |

No problem, Stillwater. :3 You shouldn't have anything to worry about there unless the site's style changes again for some exceptionally bizarre reason, because I think those two are just about drawn as well as they possibly can be drawn. xD; On behalf of artists more active than myself, thank you so much, Starseed. ^^ Your encouragement probably means a lot to the artistic department here -- sometimes we get a bit bogged down in complaints and then become angsty and mutter unkind things under our breath. Which is not cool at all. xD And don't mention it, Whit. I think I might just use that post as a template and paste it into other threads when they spring up.

When the Zaphao gets revamped, the colours will receive a touchup too -- and they'll likely be much more appealing than they are right now. :3

... I can't say a lot, naw - everybody's said what I've wanted to say. xD But, I will say that I'm relieved to hear that Creatu are getting revamped. To be honest, revamps excite me more than anything else here, really. Night's Gondras, as well as Neko's Aheas, are probably my favourite Creatu updates, although all the artists make fantastic pieces of work here. :3 |

Aww, I thought Balet did such a wonderful job on the Levy. May I ask where are the flaws in each stage? And also, who will be revamping them, if this is allowed to ask. |

It's not really up to Rescreatu standard, Nortriker, but I believe either xee or Neko is taking care of the Levy. I promise you won't be disappointed. :D
