I think it would be very helpful if the forums had a search feature. Just type in the key words, and it finds posts that have those words in the ti
tle or original thread post (good old generic search function). Right now users have to go through countless topics while looking for a thread on a certain subject, and many may just give up on it and make a new thread of their own. Because a search feature would make finding desired topics easy, it would reduce the spamming of certain topics over and over and over because users can see if other threads already exist on that topic and just add to them.

 We already categorize by subject, but that can only do so good. For example, if a user wants to see a post about dridians, instead of going through nine pages worth of topics they can type in the word, and all the threads with that word in their ti
tle or original thread will pop up.  Thus a feature like this would make almost all forum ventures much easier for all members.
