What about we have to wait for 10 seconds to post another post? I meant that, in this case, we can avoid being spammed. And most noob wouldnt even try to spam (well, some of them)

I have seen chat type programs that cut you off after several posts in a given time limit---say no more than 4 posts within 10 seconds or something. I'm not sure I like that, but it does help with spam posting. I wish we had a way to ignore someone on the SB.
