ok, so i dont know if this bothers anyone else but it like really bothers me. like alot.
so some new users will not know that their banner or whatever stretches their siggie
and then your page looks gross
and you cant like fix it or anything
so can we make it an option to possibly automatically resize the image if its to big to 680px long? :u
because it would make the threads much more appealing to look at
or easier to read
oh or like have the option for only the creator of the thread to be able to delete posts?
i mean it would not only delete streachy threads
but like if a user double posts or something you can just remove on :D

sorry if any of these were already suggested ~<3

It's ironic you're suggesting this as your siggy stretches the page slightly.

I definitely support a way to keep boards from being stretched. Resize codes are a little sketchy... but it'd be easier to make a scroll-bar on signatures that are too long or too tall (because those are just as annoying). If not new coding, at least a rule where you can get staff to tell a user to adjust their signature.

I do not support the owner of a thread being able to delete posts. I honestly don't approve of any user controlled censorship, and for a very practical example of how this is bad, the Suggestions thread. Someone posts a thread suggesting something that's about 50/50 on support vs no support. The owner of the thread simply deletes all the posts that are against their idea and suddenly 100% approval rating.
And in general I just don't like the idea of someone else being able to delete my posts. :/ I already don't like that it's possible for the owner of a Roleplay thread to delete the thread without the consent of the other RPers!

The forums are on the list to be re-coded, so this stretching nonsense won't even be a factor anymore. =)
