To answer your question, something being "coded" means that it's still being made. In order to have features on a site, a programmer has to write a code for the feature to make it work. For example, hatching eggs, pets growing up, chatting on the forums are all things that have gotten codes written for them so they exist and work in the game. Training and Battles are still having their codes written by a programmer for Res.
