Hi. I'm trying to figure out why I haven't received my credits. I spent $40.00 already, thinking it never went through. I checked my bank account and it did take the $40.00 out but I still haven't received my credits. I have gotten credits before and they never took this long to go to my account. Can someone help, please?

Just for the record, Mods only deal with the SB, it's Support that deals with everything else. ;3
I forget if you're supposed to wait 24 or 48 hours, but if you haven't received your credits by then you can send in a Support Ticket (you can get to them in the Rmail section) with your Transaction ID and it'll be passed on to Patrick to manually give you your credits.
