I want to put Creatu Eggs that I won't hatch right away into Storage, or some place where they won't spoil. I put my other items in Storage, but Creatu Eggs won't show up in the quickstock feature. Help?

Creatu eggs can't be stored or stocked anywhere, so that's why they don't appear in your quick stock.
Also there's no way to keep your eggs from spoiling. ;c

Am I allowed to put them in trades just so they won't spoil, or will they do so anyway?

They'll Spoil in Trades as well. There's no way to get around them Spoiling, and actually users are supposed to report Trades that are meant for "preserving" eggs, because some people still believe they won't Spoil there and it defeats the purpose of the Trades.
