Issues with posting certain words/posting images

Sometimes with certain pictures I am unable to post images (yes I am using the little button) the text I enter for li[injection]nks don't appear, instead something else appears

Example


And some words are getting the word [injection] randomly inserted in the middle, it's happened to me with the word li[injection]nks

This isn't a glitch, its a security measure until certain flaws in the site security can be worked out.
