This has been going on for about a week now. Whenever I try to buy something from an NPC shop, the screen greys out, the pop-up thing never appears, and the only way to get rid of the grey is to refresh the page.
What kind of antivirus are you using? I was able to use NPC shops just fine when I logged onto your account...its something on your PC, we just gotta figure out what.

You might want to find a friend who knows about computers and can physically come to your house to look at yours. Without being there, it's gonna be virtually impossible for me to troubleshoot any further than we have.
