I bought 100$ worth of credits on July 29th after the update about gaining the three retired eggs. As of today, I have yet to receive any of the eggs. I've received the 1000 CP, though really that's not what I was after.
I sent in a support ticket the next day, and received an answer about a glitch and that they needed the transaction ID; and I gave it. I've not gotten a reply back though.
I understand that the staff is extremely busy at this time, and I'm trying to be patient. But after almost a week without a reply, am getting a little leery about the fact I've spent so much money on something and have not heard a word about it. I'd even be fine with a conformation of 'We're working on it at this point and nothing else.
