When I'm finished with a game a popup tells me to check my alerts for the Tu I've earned. I click my alerts and nothing's there. o-0
I don't know what I'm doing. I just joined today, so I need a little help, hehe.

This is a problem on your end with the browser not authenticating something. The TU should automatically be put into your account and you will receive an alert. If you don't, try clearing your cache and cookies or using a different browser. If all that doesn't work, there's not much we can do as the problem is not on our end. Sorry.

That's happened to me too. You might want to try using a different computer? I don't get alerts on my laptop but I do on my desktop.
