You need silver stardust and empty starglass urns if you want to dust your pets from Scria. You can only get these items from other users at this time. Alternatively, you can buy silver stardust urns, which is what you end up with after using the empty urn to fill with silver stardust.
Gold stardust urns can be purchased from the credit shop, or from other users who are selling them, and can be used on any pet except Uldavian pets.
There is no use for gold stardust itself at the moment, but there will be at some point in the future. ;)
