Hullo guys, this is a raffle for 'newbies' aka. new users.
My definition for a new user is a user that has joined Rescreatu within the last 6 months.

To join this raffle, you have to buy tickets, yes?
So as evidence dictates from other new user raffles, many new users have more than 10k but I would feel awful doing 100k so I have settled on 30k c:

So 30k is the ticket price; unlimited tickets.
I have decided that each person that buys tickets gets up to 15 extra tickets; using the Random Number Generator.

Prizes, you ask?
