My intention?

To start a project. (it's a secret :P)

How do I...

1. Enter. Use a calculator to make sure your correct- we don't want mess-ups.
2. Make sure your name is on the list before you start counting your chickens.
3. The raffle will be drawn using random.org.
4. Make sure your ticket number hasn't been used!

A bit on the project...(which I hope you won't copy :3)

How many newbies do you see out there? Lots. I'm going to be one of those making newbie packs for them- with a bit of tu here and there in each. But all those has to come from somewhere right?

 And also- maybe in this little project we could use some volunteers to "sponsor" them. Halt. Make sure they're earning a little tu too!
