Welcome to an art contest! I've always wanted to hold one, so it's finally time, and I'm exciting about seeing some art. -hoping prizes are enticing enough- Let's get right to it. =D
PRIZES
The prizes work like this: First person gets first choice, second gets second choice, and so on until all the prizes are gone. See the prizes section of my showroom for the actual pets.

There's a variety to choose from, since I know not everyone can draw the same kind of things. For those of you who have trouble deciding, these are listed in order of who I most/least want drawn (most first).
Style Note: I tend to draw things in a cartoon style, but you can draw in any style you want!

The goddess of nature, wind, and consciousness from Legend of Zelda. You don't have to know anything besides what I'm explaining here. This is my take on her. The race that she's depicted as, Kokiri, is canon (they're elf-like children who live in the forest and never age). The design is non-canon, though, which I'll describe...
Body: Stocky, but you can make her thin and puny if you prefer. =) Keep her under 14 though, please, so not too curvy.
Hair: Split down the middle, her hair is half straight and half with wild curls, most prominently her bangs. Hair color can be either an orange, yellow, or sunbleached blonde. Length can very, but please keep the bangs longer than the back.
Eyes: Turquoise (bluish green). They can be any shape. I usually give her prominent brows for a feral nature kid look. Usually eyes portray a knowing liveliness, curiosity, and enthusiasm, but do whatever you like--she's very expressive and ever-changing.
Clothes: Note that if this sounds and comes out bad, it's okay--her clothes are supposed to be ugly, and you can even make them dirty/torn if you like. The Kokiri outfit (which is the green fabric of a tunic and skirt) goes over bulging gray pants and shirt. She should be wearing a belt of some kind, which I usually make a rope. What can but doesn't have to be included is an orange blanket tied around her waist, belts strapped around her shoulders, and a fanny pack on each hip. Feel free to tweak that stuff or leave it out completely as long as she doesn't have shoes or gloves. Just keep in mind that she likes tools and is from a mediaeval period/lives in the forest. If you want, you can draw her with her favorite weapon, the Gale Boomerang.
Personality/Mannerisms: Very expressive, quick to change, outgoing, and loves to live. Also loves the natural suffering life entails.

Var's concept is that of a rabbit in the Twilight Realm from Legend of Zelda. There's different lighting in the Twilight Realm--it's not required that you incorporate that, but feel free to. =)
Body: As long as she's rabbit (and please don't put a scruff around her neck), do whatever you like!
Ears: The insides don't have to be yellow. As long as they aren't a super bright pink. Please keep her ears long and wide as shown in the ref.
Eyes: Blue.
Markings: The markings are cyan. The grid-like lines on her cheeks and back thighs are important, feel free to be creative with the rest!
Fire: Yes, there is fire on her back. It can either start between her ears or shoulder blades.
Fur: Short and smooth. Not too much fluff, please.
Personality/Mannerisms: Very flat personality. Elegant, mature, yadayada -hasn't given much thought to this one-. Definitely the 'dominant' type, though.

Luna's design and story are based on the concept that she's part unicorn, part rabbit, and looks similar to the pokemon mew.
Body: Feel free to do whatever you want as long as she looks vaguely rabbit or mew-ish.
Ears: You're welcome to be creative with her ears as long as you keep them long. Aside from that, they don't have to look anything like in the references.
Hair: I always make it curly, but it doesn't have to be. =) I usually have it run down the center of her back, but again that's not necessary. Hair is either blue, gray, or white, and you can make it any length.
Body Fur: Short and smooth. Not too much fluff, please.
Eyes: As long as they're blue or black, do them however you please! They usually look serene.
Size: In case you need to know, she's about the size of a small cat. Six pounds.
Markings: In the first reference there's a long diamond shape marking around her horn, but you're welcome to leave that out. She can be completely white if you like!
Personality/Mannerisms: Easy-going, friendly, and moves slow and gracefully.
Thlay

Thlay is the Jade Hare deity who lives on the moon. He's depicted as a glowing white, rather long-furred hare.
Body: Can be long and tall or stocky.
Eyes: Red, either dark or bright.
Fur: Rather furry, but you can give him smooth fur if you really want. =)
Color/Markings: Moon-colored. Usually glowing white or a dusty white. He could have maria markings if you like.
Claws: Claws should be noticeable and black. Long is fine.
Personality/Mannerisms: Old, wise, and I haven't given it deep thought.
Kenton

Kenton is a pretty ordinary-looking rabbit. He's the apprentice to an apothecary and is going to school to be a chemist. He also likes engineering and builds robots.
Body: Please don't give him a real thin build. Also, you can leave out the neck scruff if you want. That's all. =P
Eyes: Black, brown, or gold.
Markings: Please include the dark gray nose and a single spot on each cheek. Aside from that, feel free to pick and choose from the references which you want to include.
Clothes: The lab coat is optional.
Personality/Mannerisms: Absent-minded, not too sociable, but very easy-going and friendly.
