Giving Omni (Egg) Raffle

One certain Toshiro has an Omni egg, and thus, will be raffling the bugger off. 

The cost per ticket will be 500k. 

Toshiro hopes to sell 2000 tickets, however that is the wish of a dreamer, and so, the end of the raffle will be determined by two factors:
-Factor one- Toshiro actually sells 2000 tickets.
-Factor two- We reach the 13th of January 10pm G.M.T

Tu is non-refundable unless I cancel the Raffle.
Competitors will be allotted ticket numbers on purchase.
The winner's number will be chosen via random dot org.
