1. the pet must have at least the traditional Mardi Gras Colors on it (Purple, Green, and Gold). Other colors can be added.
2. You must incorporate AT LEAST one of the following onto/into the pet:
mardi gras beads, a mask, feathers, a coconut (decorated).
