No, you can't. I don't know if there will be that feature in V2. For now, Basic is all there is. :3

You can't change them and they have no difference. A lot of things on the site are not functional.

the reason why most things are not functional probably has something to do with the fact that the launch of V2 is just around the corner... after V2 comes, there is a slight chance that most dis-functional things will have a purpose around the site of some sort.  hope that was of some significance ^^

you can't switch from a basic account to a savings account. Nor can you originally select a savings account. The link to select a savings account is not functional. It wasn't functional in the first version, and it still isn't functional in v2. since the link is non-functional, nobody is able to access a savings account, thus-forth giving us all basic accounts. Savings accounts probably will not be added to this site for quite a while.
