[haha okay. :3 ] Soul walked casually along the dirty sidewalk, her old converse making a rough noise as she dragged her feet and sighed a bit. She ran a hand through her hair and pulled the white locks into a messy bun, a few curls sticking out as her bangs fell back to her forehead. She blew them up as she walked, crossing her arms behind her head and staring up at the sky. "Damn, it's been a long day." She murmured, mostly to herself. She moved her sleeves back down to her wrist, though part of her markings were still a bit visible. Her eyes scanned the sky carefully and began counting airplanes. One... Two... She stopped, getting a bit dizzy and looked back down where she was walking. |

Alex stared from the floor if the clas.sroom to the celing, then down to his test. He chewed on his eraser a bit then looked back at his test. Then he stopped and wrote down an answer, then looked at the celing again. "Long day." He murmerd half to himself as he stared at the clock. |

[haha ironic. xD 'long day' ] Soul paused and stopped walking, facing a large building. She blinked, feathers ruffling, hidden underneath her jacket. "A school?" She asked herself as she looked both ways on the street and jogged across onto the school campus. She tugged at a spiked collar choker on her neck and looked around curiously. It was a large campus outside, several trees sprawled about. |

Alex layed his head down on his desk and fell asleep. "Schools over!" Alex shot his head up and looked around. Then he saw that people were jumping up from their desk's and were heading out the door. Alex got up, too. He turned to leave but the teacher called his name. "Alex." She called to him a loud voice. "Take a seat." She told him. Alex sat down in a blue chair in front of her desk. "Your grades in this cla.ss have been failing." She told him. "I will try harder." Alex replied. Then without waiting for an answer, he turned and ran out of the building. |

Soul walked around and finally found a spot to rest, laying down against a tree with a gentle sigh. She gazed up into the tree and then back down at her old converse. She wiggled her toes and tied her shoes a bit tighter. She looked up as people began pouring out of the building. I guess school's over. She thought.

Alex ran outside into the fresh air and noticed the girl by the tree. He ran over her. "What's your name?" He asked her. "Mine's Alex. I haven't seen you in school. Do you go?" Alex waited for a reply. -Brain dead- |

"Intresting name." He sat there staring up at the sky. "My real name is Alessandro." Alex shook his head. "I really must go." But before he went he ran over to a bush. He picked a cage out from the bush. Inside was a silvery raccoon. "See ya!" He waved to Soul before he left.

Soul stared as he pulled out a raccoon from the bush. She watched as he ran off, blinking as she believed it was almost a dream. After a few minutes of wondering about why he kept a raccoon there, she closed her eyes and fell asleep.

Alex sat at home staring at Tycoon. Thinking about Tycoon. Thinking about Soul. Thinking about his grades. "My life's a mess." He murmed at last. "Why did I have to go and steal you?" He asked Tycoon. "That old home wasn't that bad." Memories flooded into his mind about how Tycoon was treated before. "It was that bad, wasn't it?" He took a deep breath. "Good night Tycoon." Then he placed Tycoon in his cage and took a nap.

[sorry! D: had to go.] Soul woke up the next day, hiding in the shade of the tree and stretching a bit. Saturday. She concluded, seeing as no one was arriving at the school. She looked around and watched a few cars drive by on the main road. She stretched a bit more, touching her feet and rolling her shoulder. She'd been extremely sore, running for a while a few nights ago. |

Alex streached out on his bed and yawned. He got out of bed and walked over to Tycoon's bed. Her tail was curled around her front paws and his head was tucked in her legs. Alex picked her up. "Wake up." He said gently to the raccoon. Tycoon shot her head up. "You wanna go for a walk?" Alex asked her. She nodded her head. Alex got a cat collar and a dog leash and took Tycoon outside. As he ran by the school, he noticed Soul was there. "That's strange." He murmred to himself.

Soul stood up and yawned widely, the good sleep helping her exhaustion. She crossed her arms behind her head and began walking on the sidewalk next to the street, looking up at the sky with a content sigh. She looked straight at Alex, feeling his eyes on her. She blinked, slightly confused.
