Muster looked around he could you the rustle in the bushes he saw a tail go past. Probably another wolf, he thought. He heard a yelp. He ran and ran. He saw his girlfriend, what was wrong with her? She was turning around and around then yelped again meaning spider. Spider? He thought. It has bitten me. She screamed. Then fell down. Mary, he ran over to her. M,m,muster. Yes he replied. I love you she said. And then her eyes closed. No, he said quietly. Don't do this to me. He whispered. There was no answer. He howled his howl to say "member is dead." He saw the spider, it was the most dangerous spider ever. The "Golden Drachid". (Made up.) He lay down next to her, sat there for a moment then left to share the news. He got there jumped up onto the high rock and howled to say every one come to the rock. Everyone arrived, he sneaked in his  voice, "Mary is dead." How? Everyone screamed. He looked up everyone saw the tears, his dad came out, go in your cave to sleep! Why? He said. Muster NOW! He shouted. He raced off.

    Silently Shadow slipped through the dead trees surrounding the Pack's territory and out into the open. Her parents didn't like her leaving the territory for anything,so night was the only time she could get away into the world and enjoy it.

(Sorry week is pretty busy!!! Can I reply on the weekend sometime?)

    Shadow had silently slipped back into the territory a few hours later and went into her parents den. She laid on her bed of furs to sleep and then dozed off into her twisted dreams.

    Right before the sun rose the pack was up and about doing their business. Shadow was being trained to by her father,since he thought she needed more training,even though she was a better fighter then him,almost.
"I told you to lunge at me. Fight me,now!",her father barked and nipped her throat.
    With a yelp Shadow's head shot forward and her jaws latched around his snout. As he struggled she continued to keep his mouth shut,she shook her head furiously and pinned him on the ground.
    When she finally let go her father was severely bleeding from his snout and Shadow was clearly angry. "Never! Ever! Yell at me,or touch me again! I am much smarter than you,father.",she barked. By the time her father was taken to the medicine Shadow's mother bounded towards her daughter and began to lick her neck,quickly calming the enraged wolf and having her lay down. "Your okay.",her mother whispered calmingly.

Musters ears pricked, he he thought! He went outside, everyone was lying down and groaning. What happened? He asked. His father got up battle training NOW! He said. 

    "Shadow,dear. Lets go for a walk outside the territory to calm your nerves.",the kind mother wolf said to her daughter and was answered with a nod. 'I can't believe she is actually allowing me to leave the territory!',the excited thought jumped through her mind.
"So you and me are leaving the territory,now?",she asked,just to make sure.
"Yes,dear. I think you should,but just for right now.",her mother's soft voice replied.
    With that Shadow got up and they left the territory entering the beautiful field that Shadow had just left the night before.

Muster sat down next to his father! You have missed battle training again! his father shouted. His mother came up. Don't be like that she snapped at my father, he is missing his girlfriend! So what? he shouted. Go into your cave she said to my father and that goes to everyone raising her voice have a rest. Go, my mother told me, run. I did, I hid behind a bush tell everyone was gone. Then took Mary down to the river. dropped her in. He decided to go hunt they were running low on food. He went into the dark waters, that's weird he thought. Suddenly a tail curled around his neck and drove him under water. He got lose and ran out. He turned in time to see the GIANT snake take his Mary away. Bye Mary he whispered I love you! He walked down to see a tree over the water, good he thought to himself. Then walked into the bushes he smelt other wolfs, doesn't matter he thought. A hour later he hadn't caught anything a storm started, raining and wind making him think to go back, but then smelt rabbit. He caught it, it was large and plump, caught another one later 5 minutes later. He got to the lake and saw a huge deer, female. He stalked it and jumped but he was to slow as the snake took it. Darn he thought. He walked into the bushes to be hidden and got to the tree, another deer, he sniffed Male. He stalked it jumped they crashed in the water he took it out. It ran into the bushes it kicked his belly, he gave a yelp and then killed it. Then walked over the tree, he slipped but stayed on. He got back, dropped it in the pile. Then went into the cave were they hold meetings and called everyone telling them about the snake. Then about the tree and then the catch he went outside to his cave for a well deserved nap. Just as he fell asleep he felt 2 small bodies next to him. Puppies? he thought. There was his sister, look after them for me she said. She ran out. Wait! he shouted but she was gone. He snuggled with the puppies. Her sister was not in the same pack with her. He thought were have I smelt that scent? In the forest, she was following me. I will tell mom and dad tomorrow he thought drifting off to a deep deep sleep!

    Shadow and her mother had caught the scent of a hunting wolf,but didn't think much of it. "Just someone from the other pack.",Shadow said as her and her mother walked over to the lake and sat down,catching the scent once more,but this time it was female. Shaking her head Shadow looked at her mother and asked,"Why does my father hate me so much?"
"He doesn't hate you. He is only treating you the same way his own father treated him.",replied her mother.
With a sigh she answered,"But Zarisa...",coughing she corrected herself,"Mom. I just feel like he doesn't love me. He did try to kill me when I was only a few days old."
"But he didn't. He stopped himself.",Zarisa's kind voice replied.
"I know,but can we just go hunt and quit thinking about this?",asked Shadow.

Muster woke up and sneaked out it was getting late. He wondered around and saw the wolfs on the other side of the lake. he howled. "Umm excuse, don't go  in the lake there is a huge snake in there." he nodded his head and ran off. He visted his mom. Mom we need to talk. He told her he needed to find another pack he hated his father but loved his mom. Mom, make sure dad doesn't find me. I will, hon, i will. He saw the tears in her eyes. He licked her face and said 'I will visit you." He then ate alot and ran out it was dark now. He went to the lake where the wolfs were but it was to dark to see them. He jumped in feeling the cold water on his skin, he swam quickly and made it. He didn't realise he was close to the other wolfs. Take that you stupid snake he said quiet loudly. He wondered down looking for a pack. I wonder where I can find a pack, he said to himself. He thought he heard wolfs, but thought against it. he lay down under a bush and thought about Shadow. He knew her from when she was young. He dozed off for 5 minutes and then woke up and sat there, doing nothing.

    Shadow and her mother were about to leave for a hunt when a new wolf went across the lake and right between them. With a snarl the short-tempered female snapped at the new face,"Don't you have any manners?" She never even thought about the fact that her pack was the best at seeing at night and maybe this new wolf was from a different pack.

Sorry, he mumbled.
