Kay Keegnan I'll rmail you the data you need cos it'll look awkward here. No need for bios, just maybe a list of Dramatis personae, cos we both know the characters.
Lurkers, in case you're wondering; this is based on the novel I am writing (Called Honours of War). Keegnan and I have been roleplaying and working on the story since... *does maths* 2008? ...Ish? Not important.

Whew, long intro is long. So Keegnan, basic forum and Rescreatu rules apply and also no powerplay/godmodding. Tip: Shoot at the enemy, but let me decide who dies. I'm sorta like a Dungeon Master and your character(s) are the PCs.

It looked a lot larger in the New Thread entry slot.
So plot: Epsilon Squad and the 82nd Rangers are fighting on the ground on Virago Ceti. It is much the same as Terra except the deserts are a lot larger than Earth's.
Dawatsu control most of the Eastern Marches of the Planet, a vast area similar to Earth's Middle East. The Alliance have landed long ago but thier fleet is cut off. They must first take over a Dawatsu fortress and then secure off-world communications.
So I'll let you choose how you'd like to equip your character. It'll mainly be open-area firefights with vehicular action and some cave crawls.
Note: You get a pistol, 3 grenades, a knife, and choice of equipment and 2 weapons. You can choose upgrades as well. put the starting weapons in your dramatis Personae

(I am just going with Corbett Valehdan (Ace), cannot be bothered making up any new people. XD Corbett Valehdan will be equipped with a battle rifle (scope), shotgun, combat knife, frag grenades (although the former two were obvious) and smoke bombs. I believe that is all.)

"Italian food? Your gut's weaker than paper" said Ukamundo. The Dorgasi were suddenly pinned down by machine gun fire from an unknow source. Moments later a Harrier dropped down from the sky. Dante was in the side gunner seat, manning the .50 cal. He waved at them and Syra dropped a rope ladder down. Ukamundo sprinted for the ladder.

(Well, that could also be what happened, but it is a long shot...XD) Ace ran towards the Harrier, jumping and grabbing onto the ladder. Several shots hit his back as he climbed. He pulled himself into the Harrier. "How come I am the only one that gets hit?"
