Orphaned: At birth, mother couldn't take care of her.

Personality: Shes really nice, but sometimes a bit weird. When she was three she finally dropped the habit of sucking the blood out of her cuts. She is really shy around boys her age, but otherwise plays joyfully with the younger kids.

Appearance: She has blue hair (dyed that color for some reason) tied back casually in a loose ponytail with blue eyes and wears star earrings, a locket around her neck, and a striped off shoulder long-sleeve shirt.

Ez sat in the garden, letting a mantis crawl among her fingers. She hated how so many girls were scared of it, ad many other things about them. With her other hand, she sketched a gray scale duplicate on her notebook. Ez had named it Reggie, after Reggie Ukinekcha, her favorite artist. She whispered to it in a tone that many would find both comforting and haunting. "Shh, Reggie... I only need to finish your eye, then you can see..." She smiled, the freckles on her nose wrinkling against her eyes. She finally put down the pencil and stretched her hand. "I get cramps from drawing so much..." She smiled and set Reggie onto the paper. Reggie was her secret that she kept in the chest at the foot of her bed. Ez sighed, wondering what it was like to actually have a real boy freind. And not a boyfreind, just a freind... That is a boy.

Ez picked up Reggie and slapped her drawing book closed as Zak walked by. She didn't like anyone snooping around her pictures. She didn't exactly get how Zak was alone, though. "Hey, did your girlfriends run off somewhere?" Her head and neck were at an odd angle, much like a cat looking to the side while stretching it's neck out as far as possible.

Treter sat under a nearby willow tree, watching idiots run around making 'funny' jokes about him. Every now and then, one would come up and say, "Eh, Tret?" And Treter would kick at their stomach, sending them flying. "Shut up."

Ez's face probably blushed at that reply. She thought for a moment. She whispered to Reggie, directing him to go back to her backpack on her bed inside the building. She looked back up at Zak with unflinching eyes. "Then what're you doing over here?"

Treter sighed, and tossed a rock into the flock of dimwits. Just as some pigions would, they scattered, squealing like pigs.

Ez reached behind her and placed her drawing book back into her backpack. She glared thoughtfully into Zak's eyes, but not in such a freindly way. "Only what I always do." She swung the backpack over her shoulder, making complete eye contact. "Trying to find a way out of here without someone noticing. And clearly, you have."

Treter looked up at Lily. Oh no, Lily. He circled over to the opposite side of the tree as Lily, then pulled on his leather jacket and pulled the brim of his baseball cap down low.

Ez rolled her eyes. She stomped on the edge of a stick, letting it fly up into her hand. "Yes you have. Now all I figured out is busted." She looked back at him, then caught him smirking. She poked him in the chest. "What're you smiling for?"

Treter stood up and glared at Lily. "Haha, very funny. You just love makin' me freak out like that. Mrs. Busby can get you for that, ya know."

Treter smirked. "You'll care in a couple years." He then sat back down under the peach tree.

Ez looked at the stick, then at Zak. Her face burned, which meant she was probably blushing. She snapped it in half then placed it on the arm of the bench, crossing her arms.

Ez's mouth twitched, then she took off her backpack and pulled out her drawing book. She didn't exactly know what to do with it, but she earnestly opened the pages and found a blank page. She crossed her ankles, wondering if Zak would get bored and just walk away.

Treter quietly took a BB gun out of a hiding place under the tree. He shot a few guys, smirking as they made snorting sounds and flapped their arms around like they were trying to fly.

Ez looked back at him. "All of the above and more." She closed it then flipped the pages the way one would as if using a flip book. She took a clay eraser and demolished a false line she had meant to erase a couple days ago.
