Hello there! I'm glad to meet you! Welcome to the world of Pokémon! My name is Professor Ivy. But people affectionately refer to me as the Pokémon Professor. This world is inhabited far and wide by creatures called Pokémon. For some people, Pokémon are pets. Others use them for battling and things like contests and breeding. As for myself, I study Pokémon as a profession. But first, tell me about yourself. Your very own Pokémon legend is about to unfold! A world of dreams and adventures await! Now let's go!
New trainers have recieved their starter pokemon and are ready to start their Pokemon Journey, starting in Orre. Little do they know, there is a group of pokemon thieves called Cipher. Cipher is a ruthless organization, centering their work on creating Shadow Pokemon [pokemon that have the door to their hearts closed]. When the trainers first stumble upon the Cipher, they are barely a threat, but when they hid an entire city named The Under underneath a major town called Pyrite, they have to create a plan to stop the making of these pokemon. Not only do they have to accomplish this, but they have to make the best out of their journey as well! Contests, gym leaders, breeders, and capturing wild pokemon is the least of their concerns now that they're involved in saving Shadow Pokemon

oo1. I am the creator of this roleplay, therefore if anyone is not following these rules, I have the right to ask them to leave. If you have to withdraw from the roleplay, rmail me. KogaLover35 is the co-leader of this roleplay.
oo2. People are allowed to have more than six pokemon in this roleplay. But, don't go overboard. Maybe seven or eight.
oo3. No mary/gary sues. This is a rule that I have to always emphasize. Your trainer can't defeat everyone. There needs to be a few losses.
oo4. Cipher characters will be made by myself. Don't make anymore. Please. ^^
oo5. I'm an overall nice person, if you have any ideas for the roleplay or questions, don't be afraid to ask! (:
oo6. I understand writer's block, but please try to write as much as you can. I want this roleplay to move smoothly and for everyone to have fun.

NOTE: When the trainers first begin to encounter ciphers, they will all be Cipher Peons, until they are led to the first Admin, Cipher Admin Miror B.
Cipher Admin Miror B. - He has four Ludicolo [levels 30, 29, 28, and 31] and one Shadow Sudowoodo at level 42. He's fairly strong and will be the first Cipher Admin you encounter. His Cipher Peons [ranked lower] consist of Trudly, Folly, Nore, and Kloak. He is first encountered at the caves in the secret lair in Pyrite.
Cipher Admin Dakim - He has five pokemon in total. All are fairly powerful. His pokemon are as follows: Golem [level 38] , Metang [level 37] , Marshtomp [level 38], Camperupt [level 38], and Shadow Entei [level 40+]. His Cipher Peons [ranked lower] consist of Skrub, Torn, Wes, and Wake. First encountered at Mt. Battle.
Cipher Admin Venus - She has five pokemon in total. All are fairly powerful. Her pokemon are as follows: Delcatty [level 45], Steelix [level 45], Banette [level 45], Vileplume [level 44], and Shadow Suicune [level 40+]. She has no Cipher Peons and she rules in the Under. First encountered in the Under.
Cipher Admin Ein - He has five pokemon in total. His pokemon are as follows: Golbat [level 48], Hunttail [level 47], Lanturn [level 47], Altaria [level 46], and Shadow Raikou [level 40+]. His Cipher Peons are Eagun, Kittin, and Ailu.
Cipher Admin Executive Nascour - He is the chief executive of Cipher. He has six powerful pokemon that are as follows: Dusclops [level 55], Gardevoir [level 55], Blaziken [level 54], Xatu [level 54], Walrein [level 56], Metagross [level 50+]. His Cipher Peons are all of the other Cipher Admins.
Hexagon Brothers - A team of six Cipher Peons. In this group, there is: Resix, Yellosix, Greesix, Purpsix, Blusix, and Browsix. They dress in the colors of their names, specialize in different kind of pokemon, and have a Shadow Pokemon corresponding with their type. Resix [Shadow Houndour], Yellosix [Shadow Mareep], Greesix [Shadow Seedot], Purpsix [Shadow Gulpin], Blusix [Shadow Spheal], and Browsix [Shadow Baltoy]

After meeting at the Professor's home, the trainer's make their way to the first stop.
Outskirt Stand - It is the first place the trainers meet and even though it is fairly small, there are many good first battles to be had there. Here is the first stop to buy supplies and heal your pokemon.
Dr. Kaminko's Manor - This is a frightening old manor not to far from the Outskirt stand, just a bit north. A dark forest surrounds this property and it has a ominous air to it. This is the home of Dr. Kaminko, an eccsentric scientist who invents many strange machines.
Pehnac City - A glorious water-filled town with a pre-gym and many great trainers ready to battle. This is where you see your first Colosseum and where you meet your first Cipher Peons [Folly and Trudly] who are trying to steal pokemon to make Shadow Pokemon. There is a Pokemart and a Pokemon center here. It is west of the Outskirt Stand.
Gateon Port - Gateon Port is a peaceful town just south of Pehnac City. It stands right against the water, therefore many ships come in each day. There is a large market place there with items from all over the different regions, a pokemon center, a Mechanics Shop, a diner, and a Game Corner. There is much to do here, and there are often pokemon battles in the town square where trainers usually meet a variety of pokemon and trainers. They also have the ability to go fishing at the port.
Construction Site - Soon, this will become a new Collosseum with many fun games for trainers. You can rest here and also find wild pokemon around the construction site. This is also west of Pehnac City.
Pyrite Town - Even farther from the Construction site is a fairly large town full of competitive battlers, a Collosseum, a secret warehouse, a hotel, a pokemart, and a prison. Many Cipher Peons and Admins come here for some reason and most battlers here have Shadow Pokemon.
The Under - Is hidden in the large crevas next to Pyrite town and trainers do not usually discover it until later on. This is a frightening town where people take joy in having Shadow Pokemon. There is also a Collosseum here and the prize is money, a TM, and a Shadow Pokemon from Cipher Admin Venus. This is an area to be most cautious.
Agate Village - Is north of Pyrite Town and the Under. It is a lush village with no bad vibes whatsoever. The people there are nice and generous. It is the home of the Relic, where after battling with Shadow Pokemon and the doors to their hearts are ready to open, you can bring them there to completely purify them. There is a Pokemart and a Pokemon center.
Mt. Battle - A good place to train your pokemon while having fun. It sits upon a large mountain and hundreds of trainers go there to train their pokemon each day. There are 100 battles to go through to get to the top and from the start to the finish, they only get harder.
Shadow Pokemon Lab - South of Mt. Battle. This is where they create the Shadow Pokemon. It is the HQ of Cipher and there is a subway connecting it to a secret part of the Under. Most people have taken notice of this mysterious place, but they don't usually know what it is for.
