Welcome to a roleplay where you can be anything you want! Whether you're a space invader, an FBI Agent, a runaway puppy, or a fire-breathing dragon, a half-human mutant, robotic slave, a knight in shining armor, or a death-dealing Shinobi (that's ninja),  you're welcome here - on one condition. You must fight to survive, and you're up against some of the most dangerous warriors and animals this side of your imagination!
This is sort of like an alternate universe; everyone is put into the same world and made to fight. The one left standing is the one who gets free. There will be alliances made and broken, romance, betrayal...everything a good Soap Opera has. I'm inclined to have some rules, of course. ;3 Don't want godmodding to occur.

1) NO GODMODDING/POWERPLAYING. In a battle roleplay, I follow this rule: if someone attacks you 3 times, one has to land a hit on you. Dodge all 3, and I'll call you for Godmodding.
2) Only one two characters per user, please - this allows us to roleplay each character well, and keep from confusion/roleplaying with ourselves.
3) You can have any special power you want, as long as you only have up to 3! I must also approve your special powers to guarantee that you won't be a Godmod just with your powers. :x
4) No one-line posts.
5) Any level of literacy is welcome, so long as your posts aren't gibberish and you can think beyond the computer screen. Your character could be in extreme physical distress! Tell us what they're feeling!
6) Bookmark this thread and update your posts whenever you can. Losing the thread isn't an excuse for inactivity. If you feel like adding another character later in the RP, add it to your first bio post, please.

Meet Neji Hyuuga:

NAME: Neji Hyuuga
AGE: 17 (not in this pic; I just like regular Neji better than Shippuden Neji)
GENDER: Male
RACE: Genin Shinobi from the Hidden Leaf Village, Konohagakure.
PERSONALITY: Cold, cruel Neji has a scarred past and a vicious lust for battle. His gentle side is almost always overridden by the desire to fight and win, and to kill. A very capable ninja, Neji is admired by all the village of Konoha, and the envy of Shinobi there. He's a genius by birthright and by intellect; the Hyuuga blood contains some of the most powerful Kekkei Genkai (bloodline traits/skills) known in Konoha. A child of destiny, this Hyuuga believes that fate dictates everything he does in life, and he cannot stray from the path that has already been laid at his feet. This caged bird cannot fly, and is forced to sit behind his bars and sing - sing for freedom.
PAST: The strongest Shinobi in his cla.ss, but he wasn't born that way. Born into the illustrious Hyuuga clan, Neji was delegated to the Branch House, a lesser house of the Clan. The curse seal was put upon his forehead at age four, as.suring that Neji would serve the Main House with his life, and face excruciating punishment should he disobey this vow. When the traumatic death of his father to protect the Main House pushed Neji to the breaking point, he became a child of destiny, believing that fate was out to get him and there was no dodging it. He trained in silence, using his gifted Hyuuga blood to push him beyond the skills that anyone in the village had ever seen come from the Hyuuga Clan's Branch House.
SPECIAL ABILITIES: I can't list them all, but here's some of them (since they're all under the same bloodline/talent, each move isn't a talent in its own): Byakugan; this allows him to see through anything except Lead, in a thousand mile radius around him, and 359 degrees around him (there's a blind spot behind his neck). Juuken is the second; this "gentle fist" art allows Neji to target the life force of another creature and disable it with his own. The juuken has many derivatives that you will learn as you fight him...
DEION: WHY did I use common Naruto Neji with Shippuden Neji age (took away his Rank - too strange)? The answer is this: common Naruto Neji is a colder fish, whereas Shippuden Neji wouldn't fight in a competition. Too peaceful. Plus, this is my roleplay - I can do what I want. :P

NAME: Shikamaru Nara
AGE: 16
GENDER: Male
RACE: Chuunin Shinobi from the Hidden Leaf Village, Konohagakure.
PERSONALITY: Lazy Shikamaru is akin to the slug or the snail - if one walked by his favorite hill on a near-cloudless day, they might walk right past this cautious and slow-moving ninja, mistaking him for a log or a bump in the gr*censored*. This lackadaisical attitude belies a vicious desire to protect his comrades; opponents beware - though this Nara is slow to anger and hates having to lift a finger to do anything, he can be quite a nasty fighter when cornered.
PAST: Raised in Konohagakure under the watchful eye of his parents, the only two remaining Naras. At age 8, he joined the Ninja Academy and graduated with low scores...which spoke nothing of his true talent. His laziness weighed him down, but with encouragement from his master Asuma, he flowered into a powerful and tactful shinobi. He's a good leader, too - he was the only Genin to become a Chuunin in his entire cl*censored* (in that group's first exam).
SPECIAL ABILITIES: Highly intelligent, with an IQ of over 200. He can control his shadow, and make it do many things. This is where I have permission to godmod and powerplay - his shadow, when bound to an enemy's, will force the opponent to mimic Shikamaru's movements exactly; it's an unavoidable, inescapable technique, but only lasts for 5 minutes. As for his other Jutsu, you'll have to wait and see...
DEION: I used Shippuden Shikamaru because he is stronger than common Shikamaru, and more liable to pick a fight to protect his comrades.
OTHER: Smokes. This habit seems to be a remnant of his master Asuma, who perished not long ago...))

BIC|| The wind blew slowly across the wild gras.ses and weeds of the new world, sending leaves from the newly-green trees dancing along through the air. The sky was a soft baby-blue, with a fwe scant clouds rolling slowly through the azure abyss.

A flash of white through the dark forest. A branch rattled as something springs from it. A splash in the puddles left from the fresh rain, followed by ripples left by something moving swiftly.

Neji Hyuuga was on the move.

NAME: Allen Walker
AGE: 15
GENDER: Male
RACE: Exorcist of the Black Order
PERSONALITY: Allen is kindhearted, gentle, and true. He is a friendly and slightly gullible soul, but is fiercely loyal to his friends. He is frequently lost and confused, and is overly-emotional (because he is a teenager with raging hormones, prolly) to some point. He is easily taken advantage of, but is not a fool. He is very well-mannered and has a habit of speaking formally, a trait he took to from his adoptive father, Mana Walker. He likes to eat dango (heck, he’ll eat just about anything!) and play Poker (he cheats).
PAST: Allen Walker was born with a deformed arm and was abandoned by his parents at the age of seven. Mana Walker, an entertainer, adopted him, raising him until he died. Overwhelmed with despair, Allen used the power of the Millennium Earl to bring his stepfather back as an akuma (a weapon that takes the form of a mechanical skeleton that wears a human corpse to disguise itself), who proceeded to slash his left eye and put a curse on him. Allen’s left arm was invoked as an anti-akuma weapon, and it destroyed Mana. Allen was then found by General Cross, who took him as an understudy and trained him to be an exorcist, one who sends the bound souls of akuma to their rightful place in heaven.
SPECIAL ABILITIES: The black cross embedded in his left hand is an Innocence, to whom he is the Accommodator. He is a Parasite-Type exorcist, and his weapon lives inside of him. It has recently been named--they call it the Crowned Clown. When his Innocence is invoked, it takes the form of a white cloak which he uses to restrain his opponents (the Crowned Clown's Clown Belt) and defend himself, and his left arm becomes a dark claw which he can use to attack (the Crowned Clown's Edge End). His cursed left eye can see the human soul bound within an akuma, allowing him to decipher between akuma and human.
DEION: Why am I using Allen's tle="Crowned Clown">Crowned Clown versus his tle="Allen Walker">earliest form of Innocence? Because it is more useful in battle. The giant claw is unwieldy, and cannot be used for as great a defense as the Crowned Clown.
OTHER: Eats almost constantly to feed his parasitic Innocence. From the anime/manga 'D.Gray-Man'. Research it for more information.

NAME: Lavi (his 49th alias, his real name is unknown)
AGE: 18
GENDER: Male
RACE: Exorcist of the Black Order
PERSONALITY: Lavi is cheerful and intelligent. A real flirt, he is a carefree guy with a great sense of humor. He doesn't easily get close to the people that he works with, but he is starting to warm up to them...whether he likes it or not. As a Bookman, a recorder of history, he cannot afford to bond with anyone, and is very highly educated.
PAST: Not much is known about Lavi's past. His 48th alias was Deak, which Bookman still calls him when Lavi isn't paying attention to him. He became the Bookman's successor and renounce his true name at age 6, and learned the martial arts and medication skills needed by a Bookman. He was shot by a stray bullet and was on the brink of death at age seven. At age 16, he joined the Black Order as "Lavi". At age 18, he met Allen Walker and began keeping records about him.
SPECIAL ABILITIES: He wields an Innocence that comes in the form of a hammer, which is called Tettsui or Tessei, but he affectionately calls it Ōzuchi Kozuchi (Big Hammer, Little Hammer). It can grow or shrink to any size he wants. This does affect its weight, but that has no effect on Lavi. The weapon allows him to use "seals" that control several elements in nature, including (but not limited to) fire, wood, and thunder.

A figure moved through the dark trees, keeping their presence masked by the shadows. At the soft rattle of a tree branch it paused, glancing around at the dark forest before hurrying ahead, desperately seeking a place to hide from the other presence.

Allen Walker pushed the hood of his heavy jacket off of his head and sighed, running a hand through his white hair.

"What has happened...? Why am I here...?" he paused, listening to the world around him. The small splashing of water and a flash of white movement alerted him to the potential of danger, and he quickly leaped up into a nearby tree to hide.

"...I do not understand what is going on here...is this some new place within the Noah's Ark...?" he muttered to himself, silvery eyes narrowing as they watched for movement outside of the foliage. "There will be akuma around...I must be careful..." Keeping on his guard, Allen got unsteadily to his feet and climbed higher up into the tree.

PERSONALITY (No one-word answers or "you'll see in the roleplay"): She is shy, but extremely loyal, also kind and friendlyn if you don't scare her off./ Brave, loyal, caring, kind (sometimes), stubborn, aggressive, and helpful (also sometimes).
PAST (DON'T keep this secret - some parts may be kept secret, but not all of it): She was born in a forest (no name), with her brothers and sisters. It was raining, and the rain was getting worse, second by second. While she fought for milk, squirming and writhing over her siblings, the roof of the den (which was basically just earth) collapsed on their mother and the nursing pups. They died. However, Kunai and her brother survived. They knew it was dangerous in the den, with collapsing roofs and whatnot, so they fled from the forest in terror. They were young but they survived. A few hours later, the rain stopped. Kunai stepped out into the damp forest floor from under a tree. She turned to her brother and told him she would get food. So she ran off, only to be grabbed by an eagle or hawk. She squealed in terror as the raptor carried her away from her birthplace and brother. The eagle actually took care of her and taught her to love birds. And she did. The wars were still going on, but she decided the peace she had with the bird was enough./ After his sister was kidnapped by some powerful bird, he began to wail and sob and cry for his sister, heart broken. However, instead of looking for his sister, he stayed in the forest to wait for her. She never returned. Xhunuo was losing hope. But then, sitting proudly on an eagle's back, she came back! The eagle dropped her off, giving her a loving nuzzle. They were reunited and live together now, but the eagle died.

NAME: Shade Harman
AGE: around 108 but looks around 16.
GENDER: Female
RACE : Shade is a Fera (there's only a few left surviving) Fera are human-animal hybrids. Females usualy have cat ears and tail, males are known to have wolf ears and tail. Few Fera are born with the ears and tail of a fox, these were known as 'chosen ones' just because they picked up the phrase after watching some human behaviour. The Fera were once spread across the earth (thus bringing up the legends of the Kitsune in Japan) Some Fera were later found by a clan of Vampires, the Fera and Vampires became close friends, and so the vampires let the Fera have immortality. The Fera gene cancelled out the thirst for blood. So, the immortal fera became. Before then Fera only had the life span of around 40 years, now the immortal live on forever. (Unless killed using the methods commonly used to kill vampires)
PERSONALITY: Shade is like a child, she's curious about everything, has the mind of a child and more often than never acts childishly. She's annoyingly happy and is hardly ever serious, it's common for her to say random things and act innapropriately. She's developed a fine timing for when to say the wrong thing. Though annoying, Shade is kind, friendly and open hearted. She'll never ignore anyone who cries for help, she'll also annoy you tothe point where you give into allowing her to help you when you don't want that help. Shade can be overly protective over her frinds and hates letting them get hurt. Through looking out for her friends, she forgets about looking out for herself so often gets hurt. What's not of much help with that is the fact that she is extreemly clumsy and constantly trips over... well anything that's there.Shade is also extreemly gullable and will believe just about anything you tell her.
PAST: Shade remembers none of her past being free. She was raised in a lab. The Fera were eventualy discovered by humans, and caught, taken in to be tested on in labs. That's where most of the Fera died from living in cramped conditions and having different drugs injected into them. Shade was one of the few who eventualy escaped (with the help of tother species who they had become friendly with) While in the labs, Shade met with a Haran (these belong to Wolfeira ^^) named Ces. The two became close friends and travelled the earth together. Both have been on many and numerous adventures and have made a bond un-breakable. One one of their adventures they mat a 900 year old time lord who they acompanied in traveling through time and space.
SPECIAL ABILITIES: The Fera are known to posess some part of the animal they have aquired the ears and tail of. For Shade this means that she has cat-like abilities. From being an immortal Fera, Shade can also extend the cat-like fangs she has into more vampire-like fangs, these are able to tear through any meterial when used properly. The third ability, is that she is able to gow metalic cat-like calws from her knuckles, these are made from an alien metal, they are unbreakeable and extreemly sharp.

NAME: Asinth Harman
AGE: 286 his physical appearance is around 18-20
GENDER: Male
RACE: Fera (info about Fera is in Shade's bio)
PERSONALITY: Asinth is a jerk. He is big headed and overly confident, not only in his own abilities but also wiht his appearance. Asinth is vain, self centered and just about the biggest flirt you'll come across. He can be childhish at times, more so when he's annoyed with someone. Although childish and ignorant, Asinth almost always keeps level headed even in the most sticky of situations~ 
PAST: It's just the same story with all the Fera. Only when Asinth escaped and was split form the oher Fera, he went and walked down his own path. Along the way he had managed to get many traveling companions, all of which either left after getting overly annoyed at him or were killed.
SPECIAL ABILITIES: Being a male Fera, Asinth has wolf ears and tail, this means that unlike the female, the male aren't as agile and stealthy, but make up for that in strength, speed and stamina far superior to that of any human. he also has more wolf-like fangs (meaning they are larger than the females) which can also change when needed to become more vampire-like and stronger. Asinth's own ability, which came for various experiments, is being able to heal any damage taken on by drinking blood, he can share this ability with his alies if his blood comes in contact with theirs.

PERSONALITY (No one-word answers or "you'll see in the roleplay"): brave but not fearless. He has many fears but tells no one of them. His weakness is his parents. They died in battle and when he is reminded of them he is devistated.
PAST (DON'T keep this secret - some parts may be kept secret, but not all of it): His parents died in battle and for a while he had a gaurdian. He had lots of friends but they were either murdered or killed in battle. Later his guardian was murdered leaving him on his own.
SPECIAL ABILITIES (remember, I have to approve these, and no more than 3): he can talk to animals. Also when he is a certain animal he has the abilities of that animal, the strength, the speed, etc. but only while his that animal, while he is human, he is just human.

Kunai trotted alongside her brother in the forest. Things used to be peaceful in the foliage-covered place, but now... it was a target for those that wished to hide from the war, and then one would start there. Thw olf ave a sad sigh, shuddering in fear. What if she had to fight? She had done it before, but it was... terrible. Kunai stopped, and turned to hre brother for reas-surance.

Xhunao smiled weakly at his sister. "We'll be fine." he said, encouraging her to go on. "We will be okay." the half-worried brother added, nuzling his sister reas-suringly. "Just... keep going." Xhunao said, turning to the path ahead. And so they went on, continuing the journey to a safer place...but little did they know it wouldn't come...
