:II Plot II:
A dark city street echos the moan of a patent cry. The ones who lurk in the
shadows hear it, but pay it no mind. So many have met the same fate, forcing
these ones to serve witness, they have almost become immune. Immune to the
pain and incessant suffering of the people around them. What else is there to do
when you live in a city overtaken by monsters?
The monsters can hardly be called by their names. Far worse than the reaches of
nightmares a human imagination dares to explore. They are mutated predatory
cats that are slightly larger than the size of tall men and stand on their deformed,
muscular hind legs. Their arms dangle so low that their gnarled fingernails scratch
along the pavement as they patrol the dark city streets, on the prowl for stray
humans. Their mouths have teeth larger than a man's middle finger and a large
mouth in the shape of a rabid wolf's. Their backs are vulgarly hunched and their
breathing is laborious as a meaty stench emanates from their fangs. But worse,
their eyes are nothing more than void, black holes that peer out at this mundane
world they've inhabited.
But beware. The person besid eyou that you call friend, might just have a beast
within him/her, waiting to get out. Some people struggle with this hidden beast.
Some of those people though, are willing to change their lives to save others.
Join the small band of kids forming beneath the earth. They dwell there, plotting
to escape the grasp of these 'Nightcrawlers.' Are you prepared to join them?
Are you prepared to risk your life, to save others?

:II Intro II:
Silent listened in the dark, crouching under a crumbling bridge. He could hear the faint scurry of rodents in the sewers and he scrunched his nose up distastefully as he smelled inside the large tunnel. He didn't want to go in, but he had to know for himself if this is where the body really lay. He took a deep breath, the stench searing his throat, and he dove into the murky green depths of the sewer tunnel.
The stench burned his nose so he breathed through his mouth, grimacing at the smell as it clung to his throat. It wasn't hard to find it. It was close to the opening. He felt the vibrations of his footsteps disappear ahead of him. He grimaced again. That meant there was something ahead, lying on the ground. He slipped his dagger, out, just in case, and he plunged further ahead. When he reached her, he nearly was sick. It wasn't a clean kill. It was a boy around his 20's. His throat was ripped open, but it didn't end there.
Blood pooled through this section like no tomorrow and flies buzzed over the body. His torso was ripped open revealing the carnage and it was splattered across the area of the tunnel. The sight was sickening. In horrer movies, this would of been the scariest and best shot. In real life, it was just sad. He crouched down and pulled the ribbon off. His eyes glimmered in the darkness and glowed an eerie yellow color. His pupils were narrow like a wolf's.
A scar ran straight down his left eye, but the eye was unharmed. Silent sighed. "Goodbye, Benjamin Daveys." he said quietly to the frightful face of the boy and his gaping mouth. Suddenly, Silent heard a roar at the other end of the tunnel and he jerked upright, his eyes narrowing even more. "And so the monster lie sin wait for his next victim." He whispered. He thought about that for a second then he turned and ran like all the demons of hell were chasing him, back to the entrance of the tunnel.
When he reached the exit, he continued running until he was nearing the old abandoned library. There, he stopped, panting fro breath. He slipped the ribbon back over his eyes and snarled like a wolf. "Dang I hate running." He growled. His teeth were sharp. Like canines. He winced and he rolled his tongue around in his mouth, thinking. "That wasn't the monster that killed ben." He muttered. His face grew slack with realization and grief. He stopped at a brick wall and leaned his forehead on it, breathing heavy still. "DANG IT!" He shouted, pounding his fist on the wall. He heard a crack, but the wall remained, even though a huge crack occupied it now.
He sighed, fist dropping to his side. "I'm such an idiot, thinking I can control that beast." He muttered.
